How do I apply for tickets

Tickets are booked through our ticketing shop, Jumblebee. Ticket price is £200. Tables seat 10 or 12. Demand is always high. When all tickets are fully reserved, there will be a waiting list which will be consulted if tickets become available. Make sure you are on our mailing list by contacting richmondmayball@gmail.com.

What is the Dresscode

This is a black tie and formal dress event.

What time does it start and finish?

7 pm and 1 am.

Dietary Requirements

There is an opportunity to confirm dietary requirements during the process of booking your tickets through Jumblebee. Otherwise you can email details after booking to richmondmayball@gmail.com.

Card / Cash

There will be a facility to take card payments at the event, but cash is also welcome!

How do I become a sponsor

If you would like to sponsor part of the Ball or donate a prize for the Auction or Raffle please email richmondmayball@gmail.com.  Your support is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by order of the event management. A printed or electronic version of the ticket is required for entry.

Tickets may not be copied or printed more than once. Each ticket is numbered and has a unique QR code. Entry will be refused for duplicate tickets.
