How do I apply for tickets

Tickets will be available in early January. Tickets are booked through our ticketing shop, Givergy.

Tables seat 10 or 12. Refer to our Tickets page for link to book.

Demand is always high. When all tickets are fully reserved, there will be a waiting list which will be consulted if tickets become available. Make sure you are on our mailing list by contacting richmondmayball@gmail.com.

What is the Dresscode

This is a black tie and formal dress event.

What time does it start and finish?

7 pm and 1 am.

Dietary Requirements

There is an opportunity to confirm dietary requirements during the process of booking your tickets through Givergy. Otherwise you can email details after booking to richmondmayball@gmail.com.

Card / Cash

There will be a facility to take card payments at the event, but cash is also welcome!

How do I become a sponsor

If you would like to sponsor part of the Ball or donate a prize for the Auction or Raffle please email richmondmayball@gmail.com.  Your support is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by order of the event management.
